FAQ’s

Do I Need A Doctor’s Referral?

You do not require a doctor’s referral to be seen by a physiotherapist. However, some health insurance plans require a doctor’s referral in order to cover the cost of physiotherapy. If you have health insurance coverage it is recommended that you inquire with your individual insurance company to determine if you require a doctor’s referral.

Are Your Services Covered By OHIP?

Unfortunately, no, as we are a private clinic.  However, to help offset the cost of our physiotherapy services we do offer discounts for youths 19 years of age and younger, as well as for seniors 65 years of age and over with no insurance coverage. Call us for more details.
